Before the release of his book, Garrick opened a brokerage, Fresh Home Loan Inc in April. Fresh Home Loan consists of “Independent Mortgage Brokers that Work for the People”™. Garrick Werdmuller entered the mortgage business in 2002 after he got laid off as a banquet sous chef for a national hotel chain. Right away, Garrick discovered how important a mortgage expert can be in people’s lives. Since then, Garrick has been a broker, branch manager for one of the largest mortgage banks in the country, and an in-house lender to three real estate offices.
